Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation | Full refund | Refund less $360 fee | No refund |
Substitution: Registrations may be transferred to another person within the same company at no charge through January 23, 2027. After this date, a $245 substitution fee applies.
Cancellations: Cancel on or before January 23, 2027, for a full refund. Cancellations received January 23–February 19, 2027, are subject to a $360 fee.
No refunds will be issued after February 19, 2027.
