Porzio Compliance Services LLC (PorzioCS), a subsidiary of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., offers tailored compliance solutions across industries such as life sciences, cannabis, education, and more. Our team provides expert guidance in regulatory compliance, financial consulting, HR services, and safety and security. Specializing in pharmaceutical and medical device licensing and distribution, we handle everything from initial applications to management of renewals and change notifications. We provide consulting on distribution compliance and navigating the various state requirements so our customers can remain compliant across the US. Our licensing team has been managing state distribution licenses for over 20 years and works with companies of all business models including manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and third-party logistics providers. Our state licensing team currently consists of 13 individuals who are full-time licensing specialists. We also provide end-to-end regulatory support in life sciences and conduct internal corporate investigations. Whether managing complex regulatory requirements or conducting investigations, PorzioCS helps organizations maintain secure environments and assess and manage evolving compliance challenges.
