Eugia US LLC is a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes generic specialty products. Our mission is to develop as many specialty products for the US market as possible, providing a consistent and reliable supply, at a fair price and of the highest quality. We are very customer-focused organization that continuously seeks ways to be a reliable source for our customers' needs. Our targets include specialty products already off patent where there is a market demand, specialty products utilized in the institutional market that are on, or frequently on, the FDA shortage list, as well as specialty products coming off patent. In addition to ANDA products, we are also developing "value-added" injectable products that will be approved by FDA via the 505 (b)(2) route. Eugia US LLC commenced business in June 2011 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eugia Pharma Specialties Limited, India.
