Please make note of the deadlines for the standard price. Payment must be received prior to pricing deadline, if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be charged accordingly.

Attendees from non-member service provider companies MUST exhibit to attend this conference. Please contact Lisa Kanfer for more information on available exhibit opportunities.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge until Friday, February 7, 2025. After Friday, February 7, 2025, a $200 processing fee will apply for any substitutions. 

Cancellation requests must be sent to HDA by Friday, January 17, 2025, for a full refund. A $300 processing fee applies to cancellations received after Friday, January 17, 2025, until Friday, February 7, 2025.  NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations made after Friday, February 7, 2025.

COVID-19 Guidelines and Attendee Acknowledgement

HDA recognizes the safety of all of those attending the Distribution Management Conference and Expo in person at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street as a top priority. HDA is committed to following health and safety guidelines for in-person events. At the 2025 Distribution Management Conference and Expo, HDA encourages attendees to take any necessary precautions to protect themselves and fellow attendees including mask wearing, hand washing, social distancing and any additional CDC guidance.

Attendee Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending the Distribution Management Conference and Expo in Tampa, FL, I agree to comply with all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines adopted by HDA, which are based on recommended guidelines from the CDC. I acknowledge receipt of and have read these policies.

I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure to communicable disease such as COVID-19 and agree to not hold HDA or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers or meeting and conference venues liable for illness.

I will take necessary precautions while attending the event.

I agree to not attend any HDA in-person event if I test positive for COVID-19, exhibit COVID-19 symptoms or have had a known recent exposure (close contact, within 14 days) to a positive COVID-19 case.
