Registration Information
This conference is for HDA Members ONLY.
Registration fees for this conference are determined by your company category, please note your company’s registration invoice and HDA dues must be paid to receive your schedule.
DISTRIBUTORS:HDA distributor members pay a flat fee to register for the event based on each company's 2025 membership dues. Registration fee invoices were emailed to your company's HDA board member or primary contact for processing. Copies also were emailed to your company's conference coordinator. There is no limit to the number of individuals that distributor members may register to attend the event for the single company fee. It is important that each distributor company host a minimum of three tables. We recommend including table topics such as consumer/over-the-counter appointments, Med-Surg/PPE and new business. *Note that your company’s registration invoice and HDA dues must be paid to receive your schedule.
*All Distributors must initally complete the form linked to register for BLC. Once the form is received, each individual thereafter will be able to register themselves online. | MANUFACTURERS:The first person to register from your organization will be charged the initial registration fee of $6,500. There is no limit to the number of individuals per company to register for the conference. HDA’s associate manufacturer members may have multiple teams participate in the one-on-one business appointments, based on the number of total registrants. One team = less than 5 registrants Two teams = 5–7 registrants Three teams = 8 or more registrants Please contact Entoria Nicely if you would like to have more than one team based on number of attendees. *Note that your company’s registration invoice and HDA dues must be paid to receive your schedule.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:Registered service providers will be listed in the PartnerLinx appointment software. Your trading partners may include your company in their appointment requests. Appointments will be created in PartnerLinx and through your own individual outreach using a PDF registration list that HDA will provide to you. |

Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Manufacturer and service provider company cancellation requests received by March 24, 2025, will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee. No refund will be issued for manufacturer and service provider cancellation requests received after March 24, 2025. Company cancellations must be submitted via email to Entoria Nicely.
Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge prior to May 1st, 2025. Registration substitution/transfer requests received after May 1st, 2025, will be subject to a $200 processing fee.
Individual Attendee cancellation requests received by May 1st, 2025, will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee. No refund will be issued for Individual Attendee cancellation requests received after May 1st, 2025.

COVID-19 Guidelines and Attendee Acknowledgement
HDA recognizes the safety of all of those attending the Business and Leadership Conference (BLC) in-person at The JW Marriot Orlando Grande Lakes as a top priority. HDA is committed to following health and safety guidelines for in-person events. At the 2025 BLC, HDA encourages attendees to take any necessary precautions to protect themselves and fellow attendees including mask wearing, hand washing, social distancing and any additional CDC guidance.
Attendee Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering for and attending the BLC in Orlando, FL, I agree to comply with all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines adopted by HDA, which are based on recommended guidelines from the CDC. I acknowledge receipt of and have read these policies.
I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure to communicable disease such as COVID-19 and agree to not hold HDA or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers or meeting / conference venues liable for illness.
I agree to not attend any HDA in-person event if I test positive for COVID-19, exhibit COVID-19 symptoms or have had a known recent exposure (close contact, within 14 days) to a positive COVID-19 case.
