Vicki Flier Hudson is the Chief Collaboration Officer of Highroad Global Services, Inc., a company that exists to release the power of diverse teams. She offers executive coaching, keynote presentations and organizational strategy for working successfully across difference. She is also Executive Partner for the People First Elevation Team, where she helps clients transform company-wide events into meaningful, inclusive, values-centered experiences. Vicki has a strong track record of helping leaders create an inclusive workplace and grow their business. She has brought training and consulting to companies like Procter & Gamble, General Mills, IHG, UPS, The Home Depot, ICON, NASA, Martin Marietta, Kaiser Permanente and many more. Previously, she worked in the U.S. and Germany on multicultural software implementations for a medical diagnostics company.
Vicki is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and a trained coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. She is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a moderator for Braver Angels, a non-profit that teaches skills for bridging political divides. She uses her role as lead singer in the Rush tribute band The Spirit of Rush to bring people together from all walks of life through music.
Vicki has lived and/or worked in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Nepal and Thailand. She developed a knack for riding camels, rickshaws, buses and cement trucks across the globe, and enduring Indian train rides exceeding 55 hours at a time. She has traveled in several countries including Austria, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, England, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama and Singapore. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation, Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) and Japan-America Society of Georgia, and served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and TAG's International Business Society.
