Cancellation Policy

Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge until Wednesday, July 1, 2026. After Wednesday, July 1, 2026, a $165 processing fee will apply for any substitutions. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted to HDA by Wednesday, July 1 2026, for a full refund. A $330 processing fee applies to cancellations received after Wednesday, July 1, 2026 until Wednesday, July 29, 2026. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations made after Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
