Sponsorship and Exhibits
Sponsoring the Traceability Seminar provides an opportunity to increase exposure and build relationships. This seminar attracts hundreds of healthcare distributors and manufacturers for learning and networking. Table-top exhibits will be visited by attendees during receptions, meals and breaks, providing quality exhibit time.
Exhibitors will be given a 6’ table and two full seminar registrations.
Table-top exhibits will be offered at the following rates:

Table-Top Exhibits include:
- 6' exhibit table in a high-traffic location, ensuring face-to-face time with potential customers;
- (2) full conference registrations
- PDF attendee registration list provided before and after the conference;
- Brand recognition on the HDA Traceability Seminar website and the Traceability Seminar app;
- Recognition in HDA e-blasts sent to 10,000 healthcare executives, and
- On-site visibility on signage and session slides.

Cancellation Policy
Should your company withdraw from the seminar, written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to HDA’s Meetings and Conferences department by Monday, July 7, 2025 for a full refund.
After this date, cancellation requests received by Monday, July 21, 2025, will be subject to a $500 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Monday, July 21, 2025.
