Alex Azar served as the 24th U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. Azar is an adjunct professor of business at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a member of the board of trustees of the Aspen Institute and the Healthcare Leadership Council and a member of the health and medicine division committee of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. He serves on the advisory boards of the department of health policy at Stanford University School of Medicine, the American Task Force On Lebanon and the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Future of Health Care Group, among others. Azar was the architect of Operation Warp Speed, delivering COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutics in record time. Previously, he was president of Lilly USA, LLC. Earlier, he was deputy secretary and general counsel of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Chester “Chip” Davis, Jr., JD, is the President and Chief Executive Office of HDA and President of the HDA Research Foundation. HDA is the national association representing pharmaceutical distributors — the vital link between the nation’s 1,400 manufacturers and nearly 330,000 sites of care. Mr. Davis oversees HDA’s day-to-day
operations and is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s members have a strong advocacy voice in legislation, regulation and policy.

Mr. Davis joined HDA in March 2020 from the Association of Accessible Medicines (AAM), the nation’s leading trade association for manufacturers of generic and biosimilar medicines, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2015. Prior to AAM, Mr. Davis held leadership roles at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America and AstraZeneca, where in 2007 he was recognized as one of the inaugural winners of the CEO Leadership Award.

Mr. Davis earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

In 2014, Noelle Pikus Pace was awarded the US Olympic’s iconic “Moment of the Games” when she jumped into the stands to embrace her family after winning the Olympic Silver Medal in the sport of skeleton. Her journey to the Olympics was not a clear and simple path; from the onset, she found herself facing countless trials and obstacles along the way.

As the world’s number one skeleton racer in 2005, she was hit by a bobsled in a tragic accident that cost her the
Olympic spot in the 2006 Torino games. Through hard work, hope and determination, Noelle made a comeback the following year to become the 1st American woman to win World Championships, and she did it by the largest margin in the history of the sport.

Through triumph and heartache over the next four years, her dream to make it to the Olympics came to fruition in 2010, when she competed at the Vancouver Winter Games, just falling short of the podium. With an eager determination to reach that Olympic podium, she returned to win the silver medal in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.

Noelle is a 26-time world cup medalist, two-time world champion, MBA, author of Focused and mom of four kids, and she has a passion for coaching performers of all disciplines on creating a healthy mindset for success.
