ARLINGTON, Va. — The HDA Research Foundation honored three graduate students as the recipients of its second annual scholarship.
"Our 2020 scholars demonstrate remarkable dedication to leadership and innovation as well as a desire to promote the greater good of their organization," said Perry Fri, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the HDA Research Foundation. "Their educational achievements and professional contributions will further enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of the pharmaceutical supply chain."
The scholarship program was established in 2018 in conjunction with HDA Convene, expanding upon the Foundation’s mission to foster industry knowledge and professional development opportunities.

Applicants were evaluated through an essay and supporting materials. Scholars demonstrated how the funds would benefit their growth within his or her organization and contribute to the efficiency of the supply chain and the patients it serves. To qualify, the applicants were required to possess at least two years of working experience within an HDA-member distributor or manufacturer company.
